My competencies

As Coach ICF with many years of experience in personality development, career management, leadership, motivation and burnout prevention, as well as Adult Trainer FSEA for all commercial areas and negotiations, I am a solid allrounder for every individual, as well as for companies and thus an ideal choice.

Based on my extensive experiences as cadre and commercial executive in cross functional, multi-cultural, national and international areas, I am able to consult you optimally and integrate these experiences in the Coaching as well as in the Adult Training content.

During my professional career I could acquire intense general competencies in leadership, development and reinforcement of the level of empowerment of individuals and teams, based on sound emotional intelligence.

I combine  an innovative and creative character with curiosity and a strategic mindset.

  • Founder and independent entrepreneur with long lasting experiences as Coach, Trainer und Consultant for Individuals as well as for companies.
  • Idependent Associate Consultant for 3 internationally active consultancy companies.
  • Creation and implementation of channel specific promotions and visibility programs based on shopper understanding.
  • Led and managed Taskforce’s in the areas of distribution and account management in several countries.
  • Assumed global responsibility for international customers. Negotiated successfully contracts for more than 30 markets.
  • Developed global Key Account training programs, and delivered it to 220 attendees worldwide.
  • Anticipated changing consumer behavior in Switzerland and implemented a consumer force.
  • Elaborated and implemented a new game changing strategic program for the Swiss wholesale and retail trade.
  • As Commercial Director led teams up to 450 people.
  • Developed and implemented programs regarding people development, recruitment, motivation, feedback and coaching.
